Suzanne R. Pollack
Attorney

Suzanne R. Pollack practices commercial business litigation. In her litigation practice, she represents both individuals and businesses in resolving complex disputes involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, negligence, and other business-related disputes. Her extensive state and federal litigation experience allows her to provide clients with strategic advice and nuanced litigation strategies in all aspects of a case, including fact investigation, discovery, dispositive motions, settlement, trial, and appeal.

Prior to joining Robberson Schreodter LLP, Ms. Pollack specialized in personal injury, medical malpractice, and employment law defense at both the trial and appellate court levels.

Ms. Pollack is also a dedicated volunteer and advocate in the San Diego community through her service in Lawyers Club of San Diego, Girl Scouts San Diego, and the RESPECT Foundation.
